Portal 2

Solve mind-bending puzzles together using portals in this acclaimed cooperative campaign.

Testing Your Patience (And Affection)

Aperture Science welcomes you to the testing track. If you want to know how well you and your partner can communicate abstract spatial geometry, Portal 2 is the ultimate laboratory.

Science Relies on Teamwork

As the robotic duo Atlas and P-Body, you'll be armed with dual portal devices. That means four portals total to keep track of. The physics-based puzzles start simple—moving a cube to a button—and rapidly escalate into dizzying feats of momentum, lasers, and light bridges.

The "ping" tool is your best friend here. By simply pressing a button, you can place an indicator on a wall to show your partner exactly where they need to shoot their portal.

The True Aperture Experience

Be prepared for "accidents."

Never trust a partner who says "Stand right there and wait for me to press the button."

  • There will be moments where you drop a light bridge right as your partner is walking across it, sending them plummeting into toxic water.
  • There will be times when you launch them into a wall instead of over a gap.

But underneath the trolling and the playful sabotage is a game that makes you feel like absolute geniuses when you finally coordinate a mid-air, triple-portal maneuver to reach the exit door.
